Events Coordinator
African Descent Ontario is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events Coordinator to oversee and execute our key events, including the Annual African Descent Summit, the Annual Art and Cultural International Talent Exhibition, Black History Month celebrations, Art and Culture Youth Forums, and various monthly activities supporting youth and newcomers of African descent.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Planning
- Coordinating
- Executing event logistics,
- Managing budgets
- Collaborating with team members and community partners
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Knowledge of the African descent community and cultural dynamics
