Youth Coordinator
African Descent Ontario is looking for a passionate Youth Coordinator to lead our programs aimed at empowering and supporting youth of African descent. This role will involve organizing events such as the Art and Culture Youth Forums and engaging with community members to foster a positive environment for youth development.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth and a deep understanding of the challenges they face.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in program development and youth engagement. Knowledge of the challenges faced by youth in the African descent community.
- Ability to build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
