Thaddius is the proprietor/founder of LYNASET Healthcare services, a health unit in Buloba community of Uganda that conducts health promotion activities in the catchment area, holds free medical camps to provide safe male circumcision, Service cancer screening and HIV counselling and testing. He is also a co-proprietor of PEVANS CLINIC and Laboratory in Kasangati town council in Uganda, Lynaset Enterprises, director of TEMO Investments in Ontario Canada and founder of Lynaset foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at educational support to bright but poor children dropping out of school.
