Call for Sponsors

We are inviting sponsorship from industries, businesses, and government agencies. Various levels of sponsorship are possible. Based on the sponsorship level, the sponsor will have access to opportunities for advertising and/or displaying their products, making presentations and a number of free registrations to the Summit. We are open to other suggestions from sponsors as well.

You are invited to be part of this exciting event and actively contribute to the success of the Summit for the people of African Descent. Your support is very important to the Summit.

“Recognition, Justice and Development for people of African Descent”

Objectives and/or purpose:

  • Promoting African arts, culture, and heritage.
  • Be a platform for the discussion and reflection on what people of African Descent in Ontario Canada have done to improve African leadership, culture, Art, Health, employment, development, and sustainable development
  • Focus on addressing the needs of people of African Descent in Ontario Canada and around the globe, with emphasis on vast cultural diversity and potentials.
  • Come up with key recommendations for different implementation organizations’ and stake holders, which once adhered to, would result into a better initiative for the future generations of people of African descents in Ontario Canada.
  • To provide an enabling environment for people of African descent to meet and generate positive conclusions and  potential of people of  African descent  showcase the innovations,  skills, abilities, and talents
  • To examine, formulate and advocate for key recommendations to be adopted by different people in Ontario Canada and beyond
  • To provide participants with opportunity to expand their leadership skill among people of African descent for advancement of opportunities and solutions to conflict and challenges we face
  • To empower the less privileged people of African descent through music and art for people of African descent
  • To network with African professionals and to learn from each other and share cultural diversity experiences

Sponsorship Options

We have three sponsorship levels, and we would be happy to work with you on what works best:

Bronze sponsorship: Sponsors at the $2500 and above

  • The sponsor would be recognized as a “bronze sponsor”
  • Company Logo will be displayed on the Summit website, during organizer presentations, and in printed material given to attendees
  • One complimentary admission ticket to the Summit.

Silver sponsorship: Sponsors at the $5000 or higher

  • The sponsor would be recognized as a “silver sponsor”
  • Company Logo will be displayed on the Summit website, during organizer presentations, and in printed material given to attendees
  • In addition, silver sponsors also get space to display promotional material in Exhibition area and interact with attendees
  • Two complimentary admission tickets to the Summit.

Gold sponsorship: Sponsors at the $10000 or higher

  • The sponsor would be recognized as a “gold sponsor”
  • Company Logo will be displayed on the Summit website, during organizer presentations, and in printed material given to attendees.
  • In addition, gold sponsors also get space to display promotional material in Exhibition area and interact with attendees
  • Company representatives will be able to give a presentation on some of the new technologies and products developed by the company in our industry session
  • Three complimentary admission tickets to the Summit.

 

For all sponsorship levels, the sponsors’ logos will be prominently displayed at all Summit events, on the African Descent website, as well as in any Summit materials. All sponsorships include one or more complimentary registrations for sponsor representatives, depending on the level of sponsorship.

We welcome other types of support and are open to negotiation on specific terms.
